Open Data Pathway: introducing country-level statistics | News | Open Data Institute

Summary:

"The Open Data Pathway currently provides data downloads about:

  • Summary usage statistics
  • Aggregate statistics: all organisational assessments
  • Aggregate statistics: all assessments from data.gov.uk organisations

To provide further insight, we've added country-level statistics. This will allow new types of analysis, including:

  • Your organisation compared to your country
  • Country-to-country comparisons
  • Country-to-global comparisons

These analyses have been enabled by adding a country field to each user's account and providing two new data downloads:

  • Summary usage statistics by country
  • Aggregate statistics: all organisational assessments by country

So far, over 290 organisations are using the Open Data Pathway and over 100 assessments have been completed. The statistics provide a great source of data to assess the state and progress of open data practices globally."
