Summary:

CONCLUSION: AS-IV modulates oxidative stress and osteoimmune-Wnt signaling in OVX rats, with directional improvements in bone turnover markers but without significant micro-CT structural changes. This work provides a foundation for hypothesis-driven investigation of AS-IV in PMOP.
