Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (hBMSC) viability and osteogenic differentiation play a critical role in bone disorders such as osteoporosis. In the present study, we identified the aberrant PLK4 upregulation in osteoporosis and downregulation in BMSCs during osteogenic differentiation.
