Summary:
CONCLUSIONS: Wisp2-mediated PPARγ/NF-κB/TGF-β1/Smad2/3 signaling contributes to Rha-improved ovarian granulosa cells fibrosis, suggesting Rha as a novel agent for the treatment of PCOS.
