LncRNA RPPH1 acts as a molecular sponge for miR-122 to regulate Wnt1/β-catenin signaling in hepatocellular carcinoma

This study aimed to explore the role of lncRNA RPPH1 in hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of RPPH1 and miR-122 was determined by Real-time PCR. Cell proliferation and colony formation assays were employed to monitor cell growth in vitro. Wound healing and Transwell assays were applied to detect cell migration and invasion.
