Non-Union Compensation Study | Focus Groups with Evergreen Solutions

This is an employee orientation session for the upcoming/ongoing non-union Compensation and Classification Study. The vendor for the study, Evergreen Solutions, will help set expectations for City colleagues and familiarize them with next steps, including the Job Assessment Tool (JAT) that will be used to ensure job descriptions align with actual work duties.
