Whenever there's a thread asking former atheists why they now believe in God, the answers are always about how belief makes them feel rather than whether or not God is actually real

And nobody in those threads ever points this out. It seems many people prefer pleasant lies to uncomfortable truths. No wonder so many things are so fucked.
