Development Policy Centre Research Officer creates PNG Research Portal - Post Courier

"Rohan Fox, a Research Officer at the Development Policy Centre has created an open-access “research portal” for Papua New Guinean researchers to gain easy and efficient access to academic articles and data. “Perhaps this is obvious, but it is very difficult trying to do research if your organization does not subscribe to hundreds or sometimes thousands of academic journals. This is certainly what I found when I was working at UPNG,” said Mr. Fox."
