"Cambridge University Press is delighted to announce that it has recently set up its South Asian Librarian Advisory Board [SALAB]. The new board, whose fourteen members are senior librarians from universities across the whole of India, enjoyed a very successful meeting in New Delhi at the end of October. Two of the board members were invited to give presentations at the meeting. You can read details of the first presentation on Innovation in Library and Information Services by Dr Rama Patnaik here. The second presentation was by Dr Nabi Hasan, University Librarian at Aligarh Muslim University, who spoke on the Emergence of OA sources and IRs in Indian Libraries."
