"French research funding agencies have signed a joint declaration reaffirming their commitment to promoting the dissemination and sharing of knowledge through a concerted approach.

The INCA joined the French National Research Agency (ANR), National Health Safety Food Agency, Environment and Labor (Anses), the National AIDS Research Agency and viral hepatitis (Inserm / ANRS) and the Agency for the ecological transition (Ademe)."
