[Google Translate] CHeLabS [Cultural Heritage Open Laboratory System]

The collaboration of some CNR, Insean - Itabc - Ism Institutes, and some partnerships at national level, including the International Council on monuments and sites and the International Universitat de Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya, have launched the first official initiative within the CHeLabS (Cultural Heritage Open Laboratory System) project.

CHeLabS was born as a contribution to the award winning project Cnr/MIUR SM@RTINFRA-SSHCH, with the aim of promoting research and innovation in the protection of cultural heritage, through a model of inclusive and participatory territorial system based on the principles of Open Access and sharing. Cultural heritage is at the heart of this vision, becoming a place of dynamic integration between people, experiences and specialisations. This multidisciplinary context calls for a constant dialogue between the plurality of knowledge, as well as an overall culture, bearers of dynamics that generate creativity and innovation.
