Rectors, didactic delegates and academics involved in the issues of digitization of the educational offer and rethinking in an open perspective of the universities as a response to the objectives of the third mission will meet at the University of Salento on 3 and 4 September 2018 in the tenth open workshop of EduOpen entitled: "Open and digital education in the National Digital University Plan". The initiatives of Italian universities in the digital challenge will be the focus of the debate on the first day of work; the activities will continue in the following morning with a round table on the university system in the National Digital University Plan in which the rectors of the universities members of EduOpen will intervene. During the event a meeting of the network working group will be held to verify the progress of the project and to plan future actions. All participants will receive a certificate and an Open Badge.
