Pastora Martínez, Vice President for Globalisation and Cooperation at the UOC, will participate in the group of experts on Science 2.0 / Open Science of the European University Association (EUA) on behalf of the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE). The meeting will take place on 26 and 27 September in Brussels.

The expert group is responsible for proposing recommendations, drafting documents and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. The priority areas defining the work of the group include open access to publications and research data; data mining; data protection standards; human resources and skills; citizen science, among other areas related to the EU's Digital Agenda.

The EUA is an organisation representing a network of universities and national rectors' conferences from 47 European countries.
