"Submissions are invited for the 12th Munin Conference on Scholarly Publishing, to be held in Tromsø 22–23 November 2017 at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. The Munin Conference is an annual event on scholarly publishing and communication, primarily revolving around open access, open data and other aspects of open science.
This year’s keynotes will be:
- Sarah de Rijcke, Leiden University
- Martin Paul Eve, University of London and the Open Library of Humanities
- Timothy Gowers, University of Cambridge
We hereby welcome abstract submissions for presentations and posters for this year’s conference, on topics including but not limited to: – Open Science – Transparency and reproducibility – Sustainability – Research assessment and evaluation – Advances in peer review – Economics of scholarly publishing – Emerging trends in scholarly communication
Please indicate whether your contribution will be a long (30 minutes incl. Q&A) or a short (20 minutes incl. Q&A) presentation, and/or a poster.
Please read our Submission guidelines and instructions. The program committee will select contributions on the basis of the quality of the individual abstract, as well as relevance for the overall conference program."
