This work raises at least two questions: Is there really a positive relationship between AA and increasing citations over time? Why is it that there are so many similar sites that work as repositories, the increase that edu is so impressive?....My reflection: Most published studies unequivocally show that AA increases the use of articles ( downloads, tweets, likes ). SciELO is a good example - the Brazil collection receives more than 700 thousand downloads per day. However, this does not mean that the increase in use translates directly into an increase in citations."
