Summary:

"A full schedule for the Open Education Southern Symposium is now available online. The symposium, co-sponsored by the University Libraries and Global Campus, is set for Oct. 1-2 and will connect supporters of open education for presentations, lightning talks and panel discussions. Registration is limited to 100 participants.  "We're so excited to release our program schedule for the Open Education Southern Symposium after receiving many outstanding proposal submissions. We've been able to create a program featuring sessions for those new to open education and open pedagogy as well as those who are seasoned practitioners," said Stephanie Pierce, head of the Physics Library. "We're especially excited to have keynote speaker Jasmine Roberts, sessions being presented by SPARC and Student PIRGs, and a group of students from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock presenting with their professor."..."
