OBS stopped working for me

Hence taking a break from streaming; I guess it’s about time anyways. Apparently, the most recent version of the Linux kernel does not work with OBS, and my valiant attempts to downgrade kernel versions or switch to LTS didn’t work either. So I, err, guess am taking a break from streaming until the kernel issue fixes itself or I figure out how to fix it. Yeah…

We hope you enjoyed the 2021 streams while they lasted! Here’s a toast to 2022 or something like that.

EDIT: Narrowed down the issue to obs-studio-browser specifically, it seems like obs-studio from the Arch repos isn’t affected. Unfortunately, I really need browser sources, like almost all streamers.

EDIT 2: 2022, looks like obs-studio-git works fine though? Aiya.
