Notice of Reporting Instructions under the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a notice in the Federal Register regarding the new reporting requirement issued pursuant to the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity (REPO) for Ukrainians Act. Reports should be submitted using the REPO for Ukrainians Act reporting instructions which is available on OFAC’s website. OFAC has also published REPO Report Form TD-F 93.09.
