Today, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is amending two frequently asked questions (FAQs), FAQ 595 and FAQ 648, and issuing 11 new FAQs in connection with the January 28, 2019 designation of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PdVSA) pursuant to Executive Order 13850.
