Support for publishing in pure OA journals: News from the library: Library: Linköping University

The national subscription agreement between the Bibsam consortium and the publisher Elsevier was terminated from 18/6/30. The two parties were not able to reach an agreement on pricing or how to achieve a working model for Open Science. As a way of supporting the move towards Open Science, Linköping University Library will use funds saved due to the cancellation of the Elesvier deal to compensate LiU researchers when publishing in pure Open Access journals.
