Frontline staff, employer advisory boards, and current and graduating students all offer unique perspectives on a program's strengths and opportunities for investments, but COE leaders and marketing staff often struggle to effectively engage these stakeholders in the program overview process. Failure to engage these groups results in missed opportunities to collect valuable information related to program performance.
