Nicole Garcia: New Perspectives on Her Cinema

This edited volume seeks to offer the first comprehensive scholarly examination of Nicole Garcia’s cinema, exploring its aesthetic, narrative, thematic, and institutional dimensions. Three additional chapter proposals are sought, particularly on masculinity, family relationships, memory, social class, and lesser-studied films. The volume is being developed for Manchester University Press’s French Film Directors series.
