Evaluating equity in scholarly publishing

This article will be freely available for three months from the publication date.  This is the final article on the Workplace Equity Survey. Nearly 1,200 repondents from the community provided benchmark data on their experience re diversity and inclusion issues the scholarly publishing workplaces in 2018. The findings show significant imbalances in diversity that define the workplace experience.
