The Road Ahead With Alexa King, General Counsel
Industry Perspectives 2020-11-19

General counsel need to be there advising on legal issues, coordinating communications, establishing and preserving privilege, and advising a board of directors whose fiduciary duties have evolved to include cyber security.
Despite it's growing relevance, the general counsel's role in cyber security is still emerging, so there isn't a significant amount of guidance out there on how to successfully perform the job. To learn more about it, we turned to our own general counsel, Alexa King.
