Rice3kGS: a powerful web platform and database for large-scale genome selection

ABSTRACT

Classical breeding methods, including phenotype-based and marker-assisted selection, are still crucial, but genome selection (GS) represents a promising new technology. To overcome limitations in GS, such as the time and cost of building training populations, we developed Rice3KGS, a web tool offering diverse datasets and integrating analysis functions for crop breeding efforts.
