INTRODUCTION: Topical sertaconazole is indicated in the treatment of vaginal or mucocutaneous fungal infections due to Candida and dermatophytosis. To our knowledge, there is no data available in the literature on the potential effects of sertaconazole during pregnancy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the potential risks of topical sertaconazole use during pregnancy for the fetus and pregnancy.
