"Austin Peay State University seeks an enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative team member for the Scholarly Engagement Librarian. This 12-month, tenure track position reports to the Director of Library Services and will develop, coordinate, and promote access to scholarly resources with an emphasis on education, outreach, and advocacy. Provides training and support to faculty, students, and staff on intellectual property, copyright, fair use, open access, open education, and scholarly publishing. Advances and promotes the use of ASPIRE, APSU’s institutional repository, as well as other scholarly interdisciplinary communication tools provided by the library. Monitors the scholarly communication landscape, including funding and publishing trends, to keep colleagues informed.
