Plan S – ‘The best way to predict your future is to create it’ (Abraham Lincoln) | LERU

At the end of May, cOAlition S published a revised Implementation Plan for Plan S, following extensive consultation with the community. cOAlition S received over 600 responses to its call for comments. LERU’s own response was followed up by a visit from cOAlition S to LERU’s INFO policy group for more detailed discussion and comment. The revised Implementation Plan retains the vision of the original Plan S, whilst softening many of the implementation features. This is clearly in response to feedback received and cOAlition S are to be congratulated in the openness of their response.
