It is one of the most well-established open infrastructures, having grown and developed considerably since its founding by Lars Bjørnshauge in 2003. Its criteria have been adopted as an unofficial gold standard in Open Access journal publishing across the community.  I am pleased to share the news that we are committing to the Principles of Open Scholarly Infrastructure (POSI).
