Seeking Participants for a Survey on Barriers and Obstacles to OA Publishing for Researchers with Weak Institutional Ties - IDAHO

The IDAHO project team is inviting participants to help identify challenges and obstacles that confront authors that may not have strong ties to academia but still engage in research and produce open access publications.
