This is the South Korea's NK TECH database operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI), which provides full-text of digitized research papers of North Korean academic journals.

They provide insights into the North Korea’s S&T trends and peculiar features of domestic journals/papers. For example, research papers show author names but often lack affiliation, regime messages appear throughout the journal.
