AEGIS-OA Deliverable 1.3 - Dissemination, outreach and exploitation plan

This deliverable outlines the AEGIS-OA Dissemination, Outreach and Exploitation plan, including the Communication Kit, developed at the early stages of the project to guide communication, dissemination, outreach, engagement, and exploitation activities throughout the project lifecycle and ensure the project’s successful implementation. The plan is structured around three strategic pillars: Communication and dissemination, to increase visibility of the project and its results. Outreach and engagement, to foster impactful interaction, knowledge exchange, and co-creation with stakeholders. Exploitation, to support the uptake, reuse, and integration of project results into practice. The plan also outlines the activities and events that will support awareness raising, stakeholder engagement, community building, training, dissemination, and exploitation of project results. It also identifies the potential risks for the success of the plan and the project and offers mitigation measures to address them. Finally, this plan is intended to serve as a living document and will be updated by gathering input and feedback via monitoring mechanisms during the project in Deliverable 1.5 to reflect project developments, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned.
