A user centred approach is transforming services at the TU Delft Library

In an increasingly digital world, the TU Delft Library does more than manage collections and study spaces. It supports publishing, research data management, information literacy training, digital infrastructure and student wellbeing, often through complex networks of online and physical services. As these services continue to evolve, understanding the real experiences and needs of the people who use them has become increasingly important. Putting user-centred thinking into practice through service design, the TU Delft Library is driving both practical improvements and a broader cultural shift, responding more attentively to the needs of the academic community it serves.
