"We are extremely pleased to announce that the National Library of Sweden has joined the Open Library of Humanities’ Library Partnership Subsidy system. The National Library of Sweden (KB) is a research library, with vast foreign and national collections in humanities and social sciences. At KB, all materials, regardless of content or form, are saved for future generations. The National Library coordinates services and programs for all publicly funded libraries in Sweden and runs the national programme OpenAccess.se, which promotes and supports open access publishing in repositories and journals at Swedish institutions of higher education. The Open Library of Humanities is an academic-led, gold open-access publisher with no author-facing charges. With funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the platform covers its costs by payments from an international library consortium, rather than any kind of author fee ..."
