Summary:
"Many teachers use in their classes a method that often supplement lessons with enriching (digital) teaching material. Some teachers might even like to replace the current system with a self-developed curriculum using digital learning materials. A number of teachers used already own teaching materials, but wants to deepen this may still (digital). Making operations and compiling teaching materials within reach, there is now a wide range of open learning materials available. The term for this is Open Educational Resources (OER), learning materials freely and openly available on the Internet. Anyone can use it and everyone can contribute by assessing, commenting provide or make modifications or additions to them. UNESCO sees OER as a good way to increase access to education and improve the quality of teaching resources. Thereby OER can make an important contribution to the Millennium Development Goal Education for All . Nationally, run Star Collections Vo-Content is a good example of a developed by teachers themselves curriculum.
