Summary:

"Academic publisher Taylor & Francis has launched an online hub for its scholarly customers and partners in China in recognition of the "important role" Chinese scholarship is playing internationally. TandFChina.com, launching today (4th May), will offer key resources in Mandarin to the scholarly community in China, composed of authors, researchers, journal editors, research librarians and learned societies, and act as 'a gateway' to T&F content across all imprints (Routledge, Taylor & Francis, CRC Press and Garland Science), including both books and journals. More than 70,000 China-based researchers published in T&F journals in 2015 - a five-fold increase on the number it published in 2010, accounting for 16% of its authors that year. According to the publisher, this number is growing, with over 25,000 published so far in 2016. The launch of TandFChina.com will serve to help visitors 'better understand and navigate the publishing process', by providing 'key' guidance to Chinese authors in Mandarin, such as information on selecting and submitting to a journal, promoting research, and Open Access publishing, and links to English language editing services, videos and infographics in Mandarin ..."
