Summary:

"Coming Spring 2018: Students will be able to search for sections with $0 course materials in class schedule The California Legislature passed a new law requiring CSUs and CA Community Colleges to indicate in the class schedule sections that “exclusively use digital course materials that are free of charge to students.” (CA SB 1359) This will make it easier than ever for students to find and choose Zero Cost Course Materials (ZCCM) sections that require no additional purchases. SF State is implementing the requirement with a searchable course attribute in the class schedule starting in November for Spring 2018. You’ll see the icon in the schedule on January 1, 2018. For more information, visit our ZCCM Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page...."
