Elsevier launches new open access journal in biomedicine

"Elsevier, a world-leading provider of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, is pleased to announce the launch of a new open access research publication—Journal of Clinical and Translational Endocrinology (JCTE). The scope of this new journal is patient-oriented research in a variety of disciplines in endocrinology, including diabetes, metabolic bone disease and osteoporosis, thyroid disease, pituitary and lipid disorders. Areas of high priority include novel pilot/proof-of-concept clinical trials in humans and basic science research involving human specimens.
