Use the link to access the journal issues devoted to various open access topics.  A brief description of the journal reads as follows: "The Journal of Higher Education and Society is a biannual, peer, which aims to publish research findings, identify knowledge gaps and new research priorities; bring the level of debate current issues and problems, promoting research and higher education , disseminate information on policies and best practices; help establish bridges between research findings and policy; facilitate and encourage inter-national arenas and inter-epistemic to exchange ideas, experiences and critical debate, stimulate the organization of networking and cooperation between actors, strengthening the conditions for innovation in higher education, strengthening a communication platform for researchers and a repository of research related to higher education in the different countries of the region."
