"Open Access Week 2012 activities be held on the University of Florida campus October 23 and 24, 2012. Sponsored by the UF George A. Smathers Libraries, the theme is 'Set the Default to Open Access.' Tuesday, October 23, the event will be at the Health Science Center Library, and Wednesday, October 24, the event will be in Library West in the InfoCommons on the third floor. Both events are from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The events feature presentations and discussions on Open Access Publishing and Policy, and the Berlin Declaration, plus the Open Access Awards and poster sessions.
