Sweden first in the Nordic region with a new model for doing research publications openly accessible (Open Access) | Library Collaboration

A first agreement that combines license and author fees have become a reality in Sweden. After lengthy negotiations with the publisher and an intensive anchoring work in universities now have BIBSAM as the first consortium in the Nordic countries signed an agreement Springer Compact.
