Open access : how to increase visibility and impact of research in Bosnia and Herzegovina

This paper discusses open access to research outputs, establishing OA journals and OA repositories through examples from Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to explaining what open access is and how to ensure it, the paper provides instructions on how to establish an institutional OA repository in nine steps.
