“Open science” and cross-cultural studies – LIRA

Laboratory for research of individual differences (Lira) is a research unit within the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.

Using contemporary methods and techniques of data collection, the members and associates of Lira are conducting correlational and experimental research in the field of individual differences.

An important line of research in Lira is the collaboration with the Open Science Framework, where the special focus has been placed on:

• Cross-cultural studies
• Investigating the replicability of findings in psychological research
• Researching and improving standards, scientific journals’ publishing policies and open science
