The National Open Repository Aggregator (NORA) seeks to become a single entry point where the research results of Russian sccholars are collectet. The project is implemented by the NEICON consortium, and was funded in 2018 by a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society through the Presidential Grants Fund.
