The Carolina Consortium is pleased to announce a ground breaking read and publish deal that will provide "read" access to nearly 1500 journals, plus the OA publication of all or nearly all of our expected Wiley hybrid article output. Nearly forty consortium schools are moving to the R&P version of this deal for the 2022 subscription year.
