ABPDB: a Database of Antibacterial Peptides

Antibacterial peptides (ABPs) are a promising strategy to combat antimicrobial resistance. We constructed a comprehensive database named AntiBacterial Peptides DataBase (ABPDB) by collecting and integrating existing ABP databases.
