HAL : une gouvernance partagée et un modèle de financement pérenne - Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l'Innovation

The National Plan for Open Science launched by Frédérique Vidal on July 4, 2018 announced a strong ambition in the field of open access to scientific publications and, in particular, support for HAL, the multidisciplinary national open archive of French research outputs. A new step in this direction has been approved by the Open Science Steering Committee, which has adopted a new funding model for HAL and a new governance model for the Center for Direct Scientific Communication (CCSD).
